Los principales ejes incluyen salud, vivienda, institucionalidad, educaci\u00f3n y empleo. Entre los objetivos destacados est\u00e1n expandir la clase media del 37% al 50%, reducir el d\u00e9ficit habitacional al 21.9% y disminuir las muertes por enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas no transmisibles a 25,000 por a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el encuentro \u00abLA Semanal con la Prensa\u00bb, Abinader destac\u00f3 que para 2028, el gobierno debe ser el m\u00e1s moderno y digitalizado de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe. El \u00abPlan para su Gente\u00bb se basa en la solidaridad, la creaci\u00f3n de oportunidades y la igualdad ante la ley. El mandatario tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 que el \u00edndice de desarrollo sostenible, que en 2019 fue de 68.9 y en 2024 de 73.1, debe alcanzar un 80% para 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se espera que el ingreso de clase media, que en 2024 fue del 46.5%, llegue al 50% en 2028. El presidente tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 que se est\u00e1 trabajando para duplicar la econom\u00eda para 2036, incrementando el PIB per c\u00e1pita de US$11,300 millones a US$15,000 millones para 2028.
