Este cambio se oficializ\u00f3 mediante los decretos 129-25 y 130-25, que tambi\u00e9n incluyen otras modificaciones significativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ascensos y Retiros<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de Dimas Avalo, otros siete coroneles fueron ascendidos a generales de brigada. Entre los ascendidos se encuentran Julio R. Max Solano Rojas y Juan A. Alc\u00e1ntara C\u00e1ceres. Asimismo, dos mujeres, Rosanna Libertad Pons Peguero y Ramona de la Candelaria D\u00edaz Morfa, fueron ascendidas a mayor general y colocadas en situaci\u00f3n de retiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Retiros Honorables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varios generales de brigada, como Germ\u00e1n Francisco Fern\u00e1ndez Liz y Julio C\u00e9sar Ram\u00edrez de la Nuez, fueron puestos en retiro con disfrute de pensi\u00f3n.
