Esta petici\u00f3n tiene como objetivo permitir a la familia iniciar su proceso de duelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, el abogado Cesar Amadeo Peralta ha indicado que esta solicitud no tiene validez jur\u00eddica bajo el ordenamiento procesal penal dominicano. Peralta argumenta que, sin el cuerpo y una autopsia que confirme la identidad de Sudiksha, no se puede declarar su fallecimiento con precisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El abogado tambi\u00e9n ha asegurado que el Ministerio P\u00fablico y las autoridades involucradas en la investigaci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1n su b\u00fasqueda de la verdad. Este caso, de acci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, debe ser resuelto incluso sin la participaci\u00f3n de la familia, debido a su impacto en la reputaci\u00f3n del turismo y la seguridad nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peralta explica que el C\u00f3digo Civil dominicano establece un procedimiento civil para declarar la ausencia de una persona desaparecida, el cual requiere un m\u00ednimo de cuatro a\u00f1os de espera.
