Sin embargo, muchos pa\u00edses a\u00fan carecen de sistemas eficaces, lo que pone en riesgo a millones de personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avances y Desaf\u00edos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque ha habido avances significativos en la tecnolog\u00eda de alerta temprana, como el uso de supercomputadoras y la inteligencia artificial, los desaf\u00edos persisten.
