Estas acciones se enmarcan en el cumplimiento de la Ley General de Telecomunicaciones 153-98, que regula el uso del espectro radioel\u00e9ctrico y la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de telecomunicaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Emisoras Clausuradas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras un proceso de monitoreo, INDOTEL determin\u00f3 que las emisoras operaban sin licencia, violando el art\u00edculo 106 de la ley. Entre las emisoras clausuradas se encuentran:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fiebre\u00a094.7\u00a0FM, en\u00a0San Crist\u00f3bal, clausurada el\u00a016\u00a0de diciembre de\u00a02024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezcla\u00a090.7 FM, en Monse\u00f1or\u00a0Nouel, cerrada recientemente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Voz\u00a0del Valle 87.9 FM,\u00a0en\u00a0Tamayo, Bahoruco, clausurada el 5 de\u00a0marzo de\u00a02025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Negocios de Internet Cerrados<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, INDOTEL cerr\u00f3 seis negocios que revend\u00edan servicios de internet sin autorizaci\u00f3n, violando el art\u00edculo 112 de la ley. Entre los negocios clausurados destacan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conexo, S.R.L.,\u00a0en\u00a0San Crist\u00f3bal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RF Ram\u00f3n\u00a0Flores\u00a0Servicios\u00a0&amp; Conexiones y Carveti Comunicaciones, en\u00a0San Pedro\u00a0de Macor\u00eds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negocios\u00a0a nombre de\u00a0Jonathan\u00a0G\u00f3mez y Julio\u00a0Alberto Cabral,\u00a0en Santo Domingo Norte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cetutd\u00a0Net Solutions, en\u00a0El\u00a0Seibo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compromiso con la Legalidad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Guido G\u00f3mez Mazara, INDOTEL ha intensificado la vigilancia del sector. En lo que va del a\u00f1o, se han clausurado 10 emisoras y 9 revendedores de internet por operar sin permisos.
