En su discurso, reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso del Estado con la integridad, la legalidad y la defensa de la patria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fern\u00e1ndez Onofre subray\u00f3 que los militares deben mantenerse alejados de las provocaciones de los \u00abmalos dominicanos\u00bb. Aunque reconoci\u00f3 que los malos son pocos, advirti\u00f3 que siempre hacen m\u00e1s da\u00f1o.
