Los investigadores del Instituto Lundquist para la Innovaci\u00f3n Biom\u00e9dica en Harbor-UCLA Medical Center publicaron sus hallazgos en la revista \u00abJournal of the American College of Cardiology: Advances\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio evalu\u00f3 a 100 personas que segu\u00edan una dieta cetog\u00e9nica baja en carbohidratos a largo plazo y que desarrollaron niveles elevados de colesterol LDL.
