Con herramientas especializadas, los rescatistas buscan sobrevivientes entre los escombros, siguiendo est\u00e1ndares internacionales para maximizar la eficiencia y seguridad de las operaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00edctimas Notables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los fallecidos se encuentran la gobernadora de Monte Cristi, Nelsy Cruz, y el exjugador de Grandes Ligas, Octavio Dotel.
