Rolando Ruiz, de 39 a\u00f1os, fue arrestado el mes pasado y se declar\u00f3 \u201cno culpable\u201d de los cargos de agresi\u00f3n sexual depredadora contra una menor y otros delitos graves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El abuso presuntamente comenz\u00f3 en 2020 y dur\u00f3 hasta principios de este a\u00f1o, y Ruiz presuntamente lo grab\u00f3 con su tel\u00e9fono celular en al menos dos ocasiones el a\u00f1o pasado. La fiscal de distrito, Susan Cacace, calific\u00f3 la presunta conducta de \u201catroz\u201d y destac\u00f3 que las acusaciones contra Ruiz se encontraban entre las m\u00e1s perturbadoras que hab\u00eda conocido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ruiz realizaba trabajos de mantenimiento como sacrist\u00e1n en Community Baptist Church de Yonkers, pero no hay indicios de que el abuso estuviera relacionado con su trabajo all\u00ed.
