La entrega fue realizada por Henry Molina Pe\u00f1a <\/strong>, presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia <\/strong>, quien destac\u00f3 la importancia de los principios jur\u00eddicos acordados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
