En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el laboratorio Roche reuni\u00f3 a diversas fundaciones que trabajan con pacientes que padecen enfermedades raras o poco frecuentes, para participar en una conferencia informativa y de apoyo mutuo, con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9dicos de centros de salud p\u00fablica del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento cont\u00f3 con la presencia de especialistas de instituciones clave como el Hospital Infantil Dr. Arturo Grull\u00f3n, el Hospital Dr. Robert Reid Cabral y el Hospital Regional Universitario Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Cabral y B\u00e1ez, as\u00ed como representantes de la Fundaci\u00f3n de Apoyo al Hemof\u00edlico y Enfermedades Raras (FAHEM), entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la jornada, se destac\u00f3 el mensaje central de que \u201cuna vida extraordinaria es posible\u201d, reafirmando el valor, la dignidad y el derecho a una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de calidad para todos los pacientes, sin importar la rareza de su diagn\u00f3stico. Se reconoci\u00f3 que cada persona que vive con una condici\u00f3n poco com\u00fan es portadora de una historia que desaf\u00eda lo ordinario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn cada uno de ustedes habita una historia que desaf\u00eda lo ordinario. Son testimonio vivo de coraje, resiliencia y luz en medio de los desaf\u00edos\u201d, expres\u00f3 uno de los oradores, provocando una ovaci\u00f3n entre los asistentes. El mensaje fue claro: la vida no se mide \u00fanicamente en a\u00f1os, sino en la intensidad con la que se ama, se lucha y se cree en un ma\u00f1ana mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los pacientes y sus familiares manifestaron su gratitud por la oportunidad de ser escuchados y por el compromiso de los profesionales de la salud en la b\u00fasqueda de un presente y futuro m\u00e1s digno para quienes enfrentan este tipo de condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los panelistas destacados estuvieron la doctora Rita Hern\u00e1ndez, gerente del Departamento de Hematolog\u00eda del Hospital Cabral y B\u00e1ez; la doctora Bonilla, del Hospital Infantil Dr. Arturo Grull\u00f3n; y el doctor Ricardo Coste, del Hospital Metropolitano de Santiago (HOMS).
