La audiencia fue realizada este martes por una demanda interpuesta en 2021 por el diputado del Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM), Sergio Moya (Goris), por presunta difamaci\u00f3n e injuria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez hab\u00eda declarado en rebeld\u00eda a Mart\u00ednez y sobresey\u00f3 el proceso en su contra hasta que comparezca ante el tribunal, ya que el investigador no se present\u00f3 a pesar de haber sido citado legalmente.
