En la estela del #MeToo, varias asociaciones de protecci\u00f3n de la infancia lo denunciaron y el Festival de Angulema, referente del c\u00f3mic en Francia, anul\u00f3 una exposici\u00f3n del autor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dibujante de 41 a\u00f1os se enfrenta ahora a hasta cinco a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y 75.000 euros (85.125 d\u00f3lares) de multa por realizar y difundir im\u00e1genes de pornograf\u00eda infantil. Dos de sus obras centran la denuncia: \u00abLa D\u00e9charge mentale\u00bb y \u00abPetit Paul\u00bb (2018), que muestran abiertamente relaciones sexuales entre menores y adultos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La asociaci\u00f3n Fundaci\u00f3n para la Infancia denunci\u00f3 que las \u00abrepresentaciones de menores en situaciones sexualmente expl\u00edcitas\u00bb tienen \u00abun car\u00e1cter pornogr\u00e1fico\u00bb. \u00abNunca ha habido ninguna incitaci\u00f3n ni apolog\u00eda de la pedofilia por parte de Bastien Viv\u00e8s en sus obras\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 por su parte a AFP Richard Malka, abogado del dibujante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las editoriales Les Requins Marteaux y Gl\u00e9nat, que han publicado los dos \u00e1lbumes incriminados, comparecen ellas por difusi\u00f3n de la imagen de un menor con car\u00e1cter pornogr\u00e1fico.
