El acto marc\u00f3 el final de su misi\u00f3n diplom\u00e1tica en el pa\u00eds y anticipa su jubilaci\u00f3n tras 44 a\u00f1os de servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los asistentes destacaron el presidente Luis Abinader y la primera dama Raquel Arbaje, adem\u00e1s de ministros y representantes de diversos sectores. Durante su discurso, P\u00e9rez-Hern\u00e1ndez elogi\u00f3 las cualidades del pueblo dominicano, resaltando su cortes\u00eda, simpat\u00eda y buenos modales. Afirm\u00f3 que, a pesar de haber servido en distintos pa\u00edses, \u201cninguno como Rep\u00fablica Dominicana\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un contexto internacional tenso, valor\u00f3 a la naci\u00f3n caribe\u00f1a como un ejemplo positivo para la comunidad internacional. Agradeci\u00f3 al presidente Abinader por fortalecer las relaciones bilaterales entre Espa\u00f1a y Rep\u00fablica Dominicana durante su mandato.
