La iniciativa busca reconocer su incansable labor a favor de los inmigrantes, la educaci\u00f3n, la salud, Medicare, el derecho a una vivienda digna y su compromiso con la cultura y la identidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proyectos de Ley Introducidos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La coalici\u00f3n de l\u00edderes comunitarios ha introducido varios proyectos de leyes de gran relevancia para su distrito durante a\u00f1os. Entre ellos se encuentran la Ley de Reciclaje y Exportaci\u00f3n Segura de Desechos Electr\u00f3nicos y la Ley de la Comisi\u00f3n de las Ocupaciones Norteamericanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reconocimiento a la Labor de Espaillat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Espaillat ha presentado la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n de Lugares Sagrados para Desastres y la Ley de la Moneda Conmemorativa de la Revoluci\u00f3n de Abril de 1965.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Persecuci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El l\u00edder comunitario Jaime Vargas ha iniciado una campa\u00f1a de persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica contra Espaillat.
