Valerio argument\u00f3 que no hubo intenci\u00f3n criminal en el tr\u00e1gico incidente de la discoteca Jet Set, y que el caso no debe ser tratado como un acto de criminalidad organizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Estado de Antonio Espaillat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antonio Espaillat se encuentra a la espera de que el Ministerio P\u00fablico deposite formalmente la solicitud de medida de coerci\u00f3n. Mientras tanto, su hermana Maribel Espaillat permanece bajo custodia en la Fiscal\u00eda del Distrito Nacional. \u00abNo hay mucho que decir, Antonio est\u00e1 bien, est\u00e1 tranquilo y esperando la medida de coerci\u00f3n\u00bb, declar\u00f3 Valerio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Presupuesto para la Defensa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valerio asegur\u00f3 que cuenta con un presupuesto suficiente para lograr la libertad de Espaillat. Hasta el momento, se han presentado 78 querellas penales relacionadas con el incidente ocurrido en la reconocida discoteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00f3ximos Pasos Legales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En las pr\u00f3ximas horas, ambos imputados ser\u00e1n presentados ante un juez.
