La solicitud fue presentada este s\u00e1bado por fiscales de la Direcci\u00f3n de Persecuci\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico en el Juzgado de Atenci\u00f3n del Distrito Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00f3rgano persecutor ha solicitado prisi\u00f3n preventiva para Antonio Espaillat, mientras que para Maribel Espaillat se ha pedido prisi\u00f3n domiciliaria. La audiencia para conocer las medidas de coerci\u00f3n ha sido programada para este domingo a las 9:00 a.m. Los abogados de los hermanos Espaillat han manifestado estar preparados para el proceso, argumentando que tienen los fundamentos necesarios para evitar que se imponga la prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra sus clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antonio Espaillat enfrenta 82 demandas legales de familiares de las v\u00edctimas de la tragedia en Jet Set. La defensa ha insistido en que no hubo intenci\u00f3n en el incidente y que Antonio Espaillat cumple con los requisitos para continuar el proceso en libertad.
