Este proyecto, que abarca 13 kil\u00f3metros adicionales de verja perimetral, tiene como objetivo reforzar la seguridad, combatir el tr\u00e1fico il\u00edcito y mejorar el control migratorio en la zona norte de la frontera con Hait\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detalles del Proyecto<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva fase del muro fronterizo se extiende desde el sector La Sal hasta el distrito municipal de Capotillo. La construcci\u00f3n incluye la instalaci\u00f3n de torres de vigilancia, puertas de acceso, puentes y una estructura de 13 pies de altura compuesta por hormig\u00f3n armado, muro de concreto, malla cicl\u00f3nica y una doble trinchera. Esta infraestructura est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para aumentar la eficacia del control fronterizo y garantizar una mayor seguridad en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Autoridades y Participantes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El acto de inicio fue encabezado por el ministro de Defensa, teniente general Carlos Antonio Fern\u00e1ndez Onofre, el ministro administrativo de la Presidencia, Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Paliza, y la gobernadora provincial, Severina Gil. Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes el director del CESFRONT, general Jos\u00e9 Rodr\u00edguez Coste, el supervisor del muro fronterizo, general Luis Coronado, el senador Ney Rodr\u00edguez, la diputada Daritza Zapata, y representantes del Observatorio de Pol\u00edticas Migratorias, encabezados por el periodista Miguel Franjul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impacto y Beneficios<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan las autoridades, la construcci\u00f3n del muro fronterizo ha reducido en m\u00e1s de un 60% los incidentes delictivos en el \u00e1rea. Adem\u00e1s, la obra garantizar\u00e1 vigilancia permanente con tecnolog\u00eda de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, lo que permitir\u00e1 un patrullaje m\u00e1s efectivo para los soldados y una mayor eficiencia en la seguridad fronteriza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Declaraciones Oficiales<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro de Defensa, Carlos Antonio Fern\u00e1ndez Onofre, destac\u00f3 que esta obra, junto con la tecnolog\u00eda que se instalar\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos meses, garantizar\u00e1 una mayor eficiencia en la seguridad y un patrullaje m\u00e1s efectivo.
