{"id":96363,"date":"2025-06-25T13:39:58","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T13:39:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=96363"},"modified":"2025-06-25T13:40:00","modified_gmt":"2025-06-25T13:40:00","slug":"rd-iniciativas-gubernamentales-para-reducir-la-congestion-del-transito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=96363","title":{"rendered":"RD: Iniciativas Gubernamentales para Reducir la Congesti\u00f3n del Tr\u00e1nsito"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Gobierno ha reiterado su compromiso con obras como la ampliaci\u00f3n de la L\u00ednea 2 del Metro de Santo Domingo, el monorriel de Santiago, el telef\u00e9rico de Santo Domingo Oeste y nuevos corredores de autobuses tipo BRT, iniciativas que buscan reducir la dependencia del veh\u00edculo privado y ampliar la oferta de movilidad masiva. Estas medidas forman parte del plan \u00abRD se Mueve\u00bb, una iniciativa que contempla 143 acciones orientadas a descongestionar las v\u00edas, reorganizar el tr\u00e1nsito y mejorar el desempe\u00f1o urbano y productivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edaz destac\u00f3 la \u00abbuena labor\u00bb que se est\u00e1 realizando con los veh\u00edculos mal estacionados, enfatizando la necesidad de reubicarlos seg\u00fan lo establece la ley. En cuanto a la prohibici\u00f3n de los \u00abgiros a la izquierda\u00bb en ciertas intersecciones, D\u00edaz considera \u00abprudente esperar los resultados\u00bb. Reafirm\u00f3 que esta medida cuenta con el consenso del sector transporte, incluyendo a los choferes de carros p\u00fablicos y las empresas ubicadas en dichas intersecciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corroborando esta visi\u00f3n, William P\u00e9rez Figueroa, presidente de la Central Nacional de Transportistas Unificados (CNTU), se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la ciudadan\u00eda est\u00e1 \u00abasimilando\u00bb las nuevas regulaciones. Desde la llegada del presidente Luis Abinader en 2020, se han implementado al menos quince operativos para controlar el tr\u00e1nsito. Estos se despliegan tras exhaustivas inspecciones de las v\u00edas de mayor circulaci\u00f3n, horarios y comportamiento de los conductores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los proyectos se aplican en conformidad con la Ley 63-17 de Movilidad, Transporte Terrestre, Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial, buscando reducir las infracciones y los siniestros viales. Actualmente, se han puesto en marcha los planes \u00abRD se Mueve\u00bb y \u00abParqu\u00e9ate RD\u00bb, iniciativas del Instituto Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte Terrestre (Intrant) y la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte Terrestre (Digesett) que buscan mejorar el tr\u00e1nsito y la movilidad urbana mediante el control de estacionamientos en zonas identificadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de estos esfuerzos, otras campa\u00f1as de seguridad vial lanzadas entre 2020 y 2025 carecen de boletines que evidencien sus resultados, lo que dificulta conocer su eficacia real. Entre estas campa\u00f1as se encuentran:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2020:\u00a0\u00abT\u00f3matelo en\u00a0Serio\u00bb. Este plan, enfocado en adolescentes del\u00a0sistema educativo, buscaba concienciar sobre la conducci\u00f3n bajo los efectos del alcohol. El Intrant imparti\u00f3 talleres de seguridad vial en 15\u00a0centros educativos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2022: \u00abParqu\u00e9ate Bien\u00bb.\u00a0Una estrategia del Intrant para\u00a0fiscalizar a conductores\u00a0que se estacionaban en\u00a0lugares prohibidos. Su prop\u00f3sito\u00a0era \u00abfavorecer el tr\u00e1nsito\u00a0vehicular a trav\u00e9s de la\u00a0reducci\u00f3n de los taponamientos producto del mal estacionamiento, y a la vez\u00a0promover el respeto de las se\u00f1ales de tr\u00e1nsito\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En los a\u00f1os m\u00e1s recientes, la lucha contra el caos vial ha continuado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2024: El Intrant\u00a0llev\u00f3 a cabo operativos de\u00a0fiscalizaci\u00f3n y control vehicular, adem\u00e1s de dise\u00f1ar estrategias para la obstrucci\u00f3n de v\u00edas y apoyar\u00a0el programa \u00abParqu\u00e9ate\u00a0Bien\u00bb, con el objetivo de\u00a0reducir la congesti\u00f3n en el Distrito\u00a0Nacional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno ha reiterado su compromiso con obras como la ampliaci\u00f3n de la L\u00ednea 2 del Metro de Santo Domingo, el monorriel de Santiago, el telef\u00e9rico de Santo Domingo Oeste y nuevos corredores de autobuses tipo BRT, iniciativas que buscan reducir la dependencia del veh\u00edculo privado y ampliar la oferta de movilidad masiva.
