Esta decisi\u00f3n fue tomada para permitir al abogado de Mart\u00ednez, Carlos Mesa, preparar su defensa y gestionar el presupuesto necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El magistrado Deybi Timoteo Peguero tambi\u00e9n acept\u00f3 una solicitud de la defensa para el aplazamiento, ya que el abogado necesitaba asistir a la graduaci\u00f3n de su hijo. Aunque el abogado salud\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico de no solicitar prisi\u00f3n preventiva, cuestion\u00f3 la solicitud de una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica muy alta: diez millones de pesos en efectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los fiscales solicitaron la imposici\u00f3n de impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds y presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica, bas\u00e1ndose en la violaci\u00f3n de los art\u00edculos 21 y 22 de la Ley No. 53-07 sobre Cr\u00edmenes y Delitos de Alta Tecnolog\u00eda.
