Ambos est\u00e1n imputados de homicidio involuntario y golpes y heridas involuntarias, tras el tr\u00e1gico desplome del techo de la discoteca Jet Set Club el pasado 8 de abril. Este incidente caus\u00f3 la muerte de 236 personas y dej\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 180 heridos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque hasta el momento se desconoce la hora exacta en que tendr\u00e1 efecto la presentaci\u00f3n del recurso, la apelaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 depositada ante el Juzgado de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente del Distrito Nacional. Este tribunal hab\u00eda favorecido previamente a los imputados con medidas como garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica, presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica e impedimento de salida del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wilson Camacho, director de Persecuci\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico, alega que el tribunal no valor\u00f3 correctamente la magnitud del da\u00f1o que los hechos han causado a la sociedad dominicana. Subraya el impacto significativo para las 236 personas que murieron, las m\u00e1s de 180 personas que resultaron heridas y los m\u00e1s de 130 ni\u00f1os que quedaron hu\u00e9rfanos como consecuencia de esta conducta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayer, el abogado de 30 querellantes, F\u00e9lix Portes N\u00fa\u00f1ez, deposit\u00f3 la instancia impugnando la decisi\u00f3n que dispuso la libertad de los hermanos Espaillat, propietarios del club nocturno. En la instancia se pide a la Sala Penal de la Corte de Apelaci\u00f3n que sea apoderada del recurso, revocar las medidas de coerci\u00f3n dictadas a los hermanos Espaillat y ordenar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portes N\u00fa\u00f1ez cuestion\u00f3 la afirmaci\u00f3n de la jueza de que no puede asumir como cierta una conducta punible atribuida a los encartados.
