El siniestro, ocurrido sobre las 12.55 horas, habr\u00eda sido causada por los fuertes vientos que se han registrado en esta zona, seg\u00fan recoge el portal de noticias Vietnam Express.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La embarcaci\u00f3n &#8216;Wonder Sea&#8217; transportaba a 48 turistas y cinco tripulantes por la tur\u00edstica bah\u00eda situada en el norte de la costa oriental de Vietnam cuando se vio sorprendida por una tormenta. El buque perdi\u00f3 la se\u00f1al GPS hacia las 14.05, ha informado el Comit\u00e9 Popular Provincial de Quang Ninh. Las autoridades han movilizado a guardias fronterizas, armada, polic\u00eda, responsables portuarios y 27 barcos y dos lanchas de rescate, medios todos ellos coordinados por un centro de mando. Adem\u00e1s hay buzos registrando la cubierta e interior del buque, ahora sumergidos. Las operaciones de rescate se han visto afectadas por la fuerte lluvia que afecta a la visibilidad, aunque el mar est\u00e1 ya en calma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los supervivientes es un ni\u00f1o de diez a\u00f1os de edad que ha sido ingresado en el Hospital de Bai Chay, seg\u00fan ha confirmado el director del centro, Le Ngoc Dung. El ni\u00f1o padece m\u00faltiples lesiones, pero est\u00e1 consciente y su pron\u00f3stico es estable. Otro de los supervivientes es un ni\u00f1o de 14 a\u00f1os que pas\u00f3 cuatro horas bajo el barco, aprovechando la burbuja de aire generada por el vuelco, seg\u00fan ha destacado el subdirector de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Embarcaciones de Crucero Ha Long, Bui Cong Hoan. Hab\u00eda una reserva de ox\u00edgeno de unos 50 cent\u00edmetros de altura, suficiente para que el ni\u00f1o pudiera respirar. Despu\u00e9s los rescatistas rompieron una de las ventanas y pudieron extraer al menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bah\u00eda de Ha Long tiene unos 1.500 kil\u00f3metros cuadrados y est\u00e1 trufada de casi islotes con altos acantilados reconocidos como patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO.
