Durante el Encuentro Nacional de las Comisiones Evaluadoras del INFOTEP, se destac\u00f3 la necesidad de alinear la educaci\u00f3n con las demandas del pa\u00eds y fortalecer la formaci\u00f3n integral de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Democratizaci\u00f3n del Conocimiento: Un Compromiso Colectivo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La democratizaci\u00f3n del conocimiento debe ser vista como un compromiso colectivo para garantizar oportunidades reales para todos, mediante pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y una formaci\u00f3n con sentido humano y enfoque \u00e9tico. Este fue el tema central del panel \u00ab\u00bfC\u00f3mo la democratizaci\u00f3n del conocimiento desarrolla habilidades a lo largo de la vida?\u00bb, moderado por Raysa Pichardo, directora de Competitividad Empresarial del INFOTEP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expertos en Educaci\u00f3n y \u00c9tica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El panel cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de destacados expertos como la historiadora Mu-Kien Adriana Sang Ben, presidenta del Instituto Policial de Educaci\u00f3n Superior (IPES), el padre Jos\u00e9 N\u00fa\u00f1ez M\u00e1rmol, director del Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico Loyola, y Eladio Uribe, director corporativo de Recursos Humanos del Central Romana Corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Formaci\u00f3n con \u00c9tica y Sentido Humano<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La doctora Mu-Kien Sang Ben advirti\u00f3 sobre los riesgos de confundir la democratizaci\u00f3n del conocimiento con el simple uso de tecnolog\u00edas. \u00abLos j\u00f3venes est\u00e1n saturados de informaci\u00f3n, pero faltos de formaci\u00f3n. La computadora te da datos, pero no te ense\u00f1a valores ni humanidad\u00bb, expres\u00f3. Tambi\u00e9n cuestion\u00f3 el impacto del 4% del PIB destinado a la educaci\u00f3n y los peligros de la inteligencia artificial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Primero Ciudadanos, Luego T\u00e9cnicos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El padre Chepe destac\u00f3 la importancia de formar ciudadanos responsables antes que t\u00e9cnicos. \u00abNosotros no formamos t\u00e9cnicos; formamos primero ciudadanos y ciudadanas responsables, con compromiso \u00e9tico\u00bb, afirm\u00f3. Tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 la inclusi\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero en carreras t\u00e9cnicas tradicionalmente masculinas y la necesidad de un cambio integral en las empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e1s T\u00e9cnicos, Menos T\u00edtulos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eladio Uribe, desde la perspectiva empresarial, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la escasez de t\u00e9cnicos especializados en \u00e1reas clave como mec\u00e1nica di\u00e9sel y electricidad. \u00abMe faltan t\u00e9cnicos industriales, pero me sobran administradores e ingenieros que no tienen las habilidades que necesitamos\u00bb, afirm\u00f3. Valor\u00f3 el programa de formaci\u00f3n dual del INFOTEP y destac\u00f3 la importancia de las habilidades blandas y el bienestar emocional en el \u00e1mbito laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusiones y Reflexiones Finales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El panel concluy\u00f3 con la necesidad de construir una estrategia nacional de desarrollo educativo con participaci\u00f3n del Estado, el sector productivo, la academia y las comunidades.
