Este anuncio se realiz\u00f3 durante la primera edici\u00f3n del Premio al M\u00e9rito STEAM 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detalles de las Becas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las becas est\u00e1n destinadas a estudiantes de secundaria y ser\u00e1n financiadas por el Banco Mundial. G\u00f3mez Mazara destac\u00f3 que estas becas est\u00e1n dirigidas a sectores con menos oportunidades. \u00abEstos j\u00f3venes tienen el talento y la capacidad; solo necesitaban la oportunidad, y ahora la tienen\u00bb, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formaci\u00f3n en \u00c1reas STEAM<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00f3mez Mazara tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 la importancia de formar j\u00f3venes en \u00e1reas STEAM, que son esenciales para el mercado laboral. \u00abEl 75% de las personas con formaci\u00f3n en \u00e1reas STEAM consigue empleo, pero la estructura formativa tradicional ha llevado a que el 45% de los estudiantes se incline por profesiones convencionales\u00bb, afirm\u00f3, destacando la necesidad de adaptar la educaci\u00f3n a las demandas del mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compromiso con la Juventud<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vicepresidenta Raquel Pe\u00f1a, presente en el evento, resalt\u00f3 el compromiso del gobierno con la juventud. \u00abEstamos avanzando hacia una Rep\u00fablica Dominicana impulsada por la innovaci\u00f3n y la ciencia\u00bb, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cierre del Evento<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El evento concluy\u00f3 con una presentaci\u00f3n musical del artista dominicano Manny Cruz, quien interpret\u00f3 temas como \u00abSanto Domingo\u00bb y \u00abSabes enamorarme\u00bb.
