Seg\u00fan Reynoso, este c\u00f3digo est\u00e1 acorde con las nuevas tendencias de la teor\u00eda del delito y representa un avance significativo en la legislaci\u00f3n penal del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>An\u00e1lisis y Comparaciones<\/strong> El Ministerio P\u00fablico ha realizado un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo del nuevo C\u00f3digo Penal, compar\u00e1ndolo con leyes, jurisprudencia y doctrina tanto nacionales como internacionales. \u00abNuestra conclusi\u00f3n es que tenemos un buen C\u00f3digo Penal\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Reynoso. Este an\u00e1lisis ha permitido determinar que el nuevo c\u00f3digo es progresivo y est\u00e1 en l\u00ednea con los avances establecidos en la Ley 24-97 y otras legislaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reconocimiento a Legisladores y Ciudadanos<\/strong> Reynoso reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo de los legisladores y l\u00edderes pol\u00edticos que contribuyeron a que el C\u00f3digo Penal tuviera un car\u00e1cter progresivo. \u00abAgradezco a todas las personas que alzaron su voz para tener un nuevo C\u00f3digo Penal y a los legisladores por escuchar\u00bb, expres\u00f3. Adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 que, aunque siempre hay espacio para mejoras, el nuevo c\u00f3digo representa un avance importante para la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Importancia del Cambio Legislativo<\/strong> La procuradora general indic\u00f3 que este cambio legislativo es el m\u00e1s importante en materia de derecho penal desde 1884. \u00abEra necesario no solo tener un nuevo C\u00f3digo Penal, sino avanzar en una nueva visi\u00f3n de justicia centrada en las personas\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3. Este nuevo c\u00f3digo refleja un compromiso con una justicia m\u00e1s humana y centrada en las necesidades de la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Promulgaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo Penal<\/strong> La tarde del domingo, el presidente Luis Abinader emiti\u00f3 la ley 74-25, que establece el nuevo C\u00f3digo Penal dominicano.
