Sin embargo, muchos conductores han manifestado confusi\u00f3n y desconocimiento sobre esta nueva restricci\u00f3n, a pesar de las se\u00f1alizaciones y la presencia de agentes de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Seguridad de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte Terrestre (Digesett).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Intersecciones Afectadas<\/strong> Las cinco nuevas intersecciones incluidas en esta fase son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avenida Abraham Lincoln con calle V\u00edctor Garrido, direcci\u00f3n noreste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abraham Lincoln con calle Andr\u00e9s Julio Aybar, direcci\u00f3n noreste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1ximo G\u00f3mez con avenida Pedro Livio Cede\u00f1o, direcci\u00f3n noreste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Winston Churchill con calle Jos\u00e9 Amado Soler, direcci\u00f3n sureste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Winston Churchill con avenida Roberto Pastoriza, direcci\u00f3n suroeste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reacciones de los Conductores<\/strong> A pesar de las se\u00f1alizaciones y la presencia de agentes de la Digesett, muchos conductores afirmaron no haber sido notificados sobre esta restricci\u00f3n. En el cruce de M\u00e1ximo G\u00f3mez con avenida Pedro Livio Cede\u00f1o, varios conductores mostraron confusi\u00f3n e incluso ignoraron la prohibici\u00f3n. \u00abLos ciudadanos casi no quieren leer, ah\u00ed est\u00e1 la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n. Les hacemos se\u00f1as de que no giren hacia la izquierda, pero ellos, por encima de nosotros\u00bb, coment\u00f3 un agente de la Digesett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Falta de Notificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> Algunos conductores en el cruce de M\u00e1ximo G\u00f3mez con avenida Pedro Livio Cede\u00f1o afirmaron no haber sido notificados por ninguna v\u00eda sobre esta restricci\u00f3n. \u00abNo s\u00e9 cu\u00e1l es el plan de ellos de haber cambiado unas leyes que el ciudadano no sabe\u00bb, expres\u00f3 un conductor visiblemente molesto por una reciente amonestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Orientaci\u00f3n y Multas<\/strong> Los agentes de la Digesett han estado orientando a los conductores en estos cruces para evitar malentendidos. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n se han visto obligados a multar a aquellos que violan la prohibici\u00f3n. \u00abDesde ayer nos hemos dedicado a informar y orientar en estos cruces para evitar malentendidos con los automovilistas\u00bb, explic\u00f3 un agente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objetivo del Plan<\/strong> Esta nueva fase del plan \u00abRD Se Mueve\u00bb busca mejorar la movilidad urbana y ofrecer un entorno vial m\u00e1s seguro, ordenado y eficiente para todos los ciudadanos.
