El objetivo es garantizar la correcta implementaci\u00f3n de las nuevas medidas y asistir directamente a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Desarrollo<\/strong> Esta fase contempla la restricci\u00f3n de giros a la izquierda en cinco intersecciones estrat\u00e9gicas: Abraham Lincoln con V\u00edctor Garrido Puello, Abraham Lincoln con Andr\u00e9s Julio Aybar, M\u00e1ximo G\u00f3mez con Pedro Livio Cede\u00f1o, Winston Churchill con Jos\u00e9 Amado Soler, y Winston Churchill con Roberto Pastoriza. Los agentes de la DIGESETT est\u00e1n desempe\u00f1ando un rol activo en la orientaci\u00f3n preventiva, informando a conductores y peatones sobre las rutas alternas habilitadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beneficios de las Nuevas Medidas<\/strong> El prop\u00f3sito de estas restricciones es mejorar la fluidez del tr\u00e1nsito, reducir los tiempos de viaje y fortalecer la seguridad vial en zonas de alto flujo vehicular.
