Naci\u00f3 el <strong>14 de marzo de 1940<\/strong> en <strong>San Francisco de Macor\u00eds<\/strong> y se convirti\u00f3 en un <strong>referente de integridad, inteligencia y compromiso social<\/strong>, tanto en el \u00e1mbito <strong>p\u00fablico<\/strong> como <strong>privado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vida familiar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hijos:<\/strong> Antonio Emilio, Aris Alfredo y Marcia Patricia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nietos y bisnietos:<\/strong> Seis nietos y tres bisnietos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hermano:<\/strong> Narciso Isa Conde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Esposa:<\/strong> Marcia Nadal (fallecida), con quien comparti\u00f3 una vida de <strong>amor y complicidad<\/strong>.
