Este caso ha generado una alerta m\u00e1xima en las autoridades, quienes lo consideran un individuo de alta peligrosidad.<br>El triple crimen ocurri\u00f3 el 24 de noviembre de 2020, cuando \u00abCopita\u00bb asesin\u00f3 a Virgen Ram\u00edrez (38 a\u00f1os), su esposo Tony Encarnaci\u00f3n y a un tercer ciudadano, cuyos cuerpos fueron hallados frente a su residencia en Los Jovillos, Azua. Este hecho gener\u00f3 un fuerte impacto en la comunidad y en la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<br>\u00abCopita\u00bb hab\u00eda sido capturado en 2024 por agentes del DICRIM cuando intentaba salir del pa\u00eds por el Aeropuerto Internacional de las Am\u00e9ricas, bajo tres \u00f3rdenes judiciales en su contra. Sin embargo, durante un traslado reciente, logr\u00f3 escapar, lo que ha activado un operativo de b\u00fasqueda a nivel nacional.<br>Las autoridades han instado a la ciudadan\u00eda a colaborar con cualquier informaci\u00f3n que permita su captura, garantizando confidencialidad total en las denuncias.
