Durante la <strong>Conferencia Internacional de Justicia Abierta<\/strong>, Reynoso destac\u00f3 que, aunque los imputados tienen garantizado el <strong>debido proceso<\/strong>, las v\u00edctimas suelen ser <strong>ignoradas<\/strong>, sin acceso a una <strong>reparaci\u00f3n adecuada<\/strong> ni a la protecci\u00f3n de sus derechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La reparaci\u00f3n como derecho fundamental<\/strong> Reynoso se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la <strong>jurisprudencia regional<\/strong> ha fallado en reconocer la reparaci\u00f3n como un derecho esencial para las v\u00edctimas. <em>\u00abNo garantizar la reparaci\u00f3n es negar justicia\u00bb<\/em>, afirm\u00f3, subrayando que este vac\u00edo <strong>perpet\u00faa la impunidad<\/strong> y la desprotecci\u00f3n. La procuradora insisti\u00f3 en que una justicia fuerte debe <strong>equilibrar los derechos<\/strong> de todos los involucrados, incluyendo a las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fiscal\u00edas comunitarias: Justicia cercana<\/strong> Como parte de su estrategia para <strong>acercar la justicia a la ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong>, Reynoso anunci\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de <strong>24 fiscal\u00edas comunitarias<\/strong>, ubicadas en zonas con <strong>alta incidencia delictiva<\/strong>. Estas fiscal\u00edas, aprobadas por el Consejo Superior del Ministerio P\u00fablico, buscan <strong>facilitar el acceso<\/strong> a la justicia, especialmente para las comunidades m\u00e1s vulnerables. <em>\u00abLa justicia debe ser accesible para todos, incluso para quienes llegan en chancletas\u00bb<\/em>, declar\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un debate sobre justicia abierta<\/strong> Reynoso particip\u00f3 en un panel moderado por <strong>Berenice Barinas<\/strong>, donde tambi\u00e9n intervinieron <strong>Juan Carlos Ast\u00faa Jaime<\/strong> (Costa Rica) y <strong>Gerardo Hern\u00e1ndez Montes<\/strong> (Colombia).
