Este acuerdo, resultado de la <strong>Primera Ronda Petrolera<\/strong>, es un paso clave hacia la <strong>seguridad energ\u00e9tica<\/strong> del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c1reas de inter\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>bloques CB1 y CB2<\/strong>, ubicados en <strong>Montecristi, Dajab\u00f3n, Valverde, Puerto Plata y Santiago de los Caballeros<\/strong>, son zonas con <strong>alto potencial<\/strong> para hidrocarburos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Beneficios del acuerdo<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>11 a\u00f1os de concesi\u00f3n<\/strong> para exploraci\u00f3n y explotaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inversi\u00f3n privada<\/strong>: El consorcio asumir\u00e1 <strong>todos los costos y riesgos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Participaci\u00f3n estatal del 43%<\/strong> en la renta petrolera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Empleos y capacitaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica<\/strong> para j\u00f3venes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protecci\u00f3n ambiental<\/strong>: Operaciones bajo <strong>est\u00e1ndares internacionales<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impacto en la econom\u00eda<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro <strong>Joel Santos<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que este proyecto es una <strong>oportunidad hist\u00f3rica<\/strong> para el pa\u00eds, ya que permitir\u00e1 <strong>confirmar el potencial energ\u00e9tico<\/strong> y avanzar hacia una <strong>mayor independencia<\/strong>. El consorcio, por su parte, se compromete a operar con <strong>tecnolog\u00eda de vanguardia y responsabilidad social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pr\u00f3ximos pasos<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El contrato, pendiente de aprobaci\u00f3n del <strong>Congreso Nacional<\/strong>, es parte de la estrategia del MEM para consolidar una <strong>industria nacional de hidrocarburos<\/strong>.
