Esta iniciativa, ejecutada por la <strong>UTECT y Bienes Nacionales<\/strong>, busca <strong>regularizar la tenencia de tierras<\/strong> y ofrecer <strong>seguridad jur\u00eddica<\/strong> a miles de familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un modelo innovador y social<\/strong> Abinader destac\u00f3 que este programa <strong>convierte compras privadas en entregas directas de t\u00edtulos<\/strong>, evitando intermediarios y garantizando <strong>transparencia<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, se han entregado <strong>130 mil t\u00edtulos<\/strong> a nivel nacional, con <strong>150 mil en proceso<\/strong>, marcando un <strong>r\u00e9cord hist\u00f3rico<\/strong> en la materia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oportunidades econ\u00f3micas y legales<\/strong> Con la <strong>Ley de Bien de Familia<\/strong>, los beneficiarios podr\u00e1n <strong>hipotecar, vender o traspasar sus propiedades<\/strong>, y acceder a <strong>cr\u00e9ditos formales<\/strong>.
