El <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> logr\u00f3 la captura de <strong>dos sospechosos<\/strong> en operativos realizados en <strong>San Pedro de Macor\u00eds<\/strong> y <strong>San Juan de la Maguana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Operativos exitosos<\/strong> <strong>Cristina Evelyn Peguero S\u00e1nchez<\/strong> y <strong>Darwin Emmanuel Jacobo<\/strong> fueron arrestados el <strong>2 de septiembre<\/strong> gracias a la acci\u00f3n coordinada de la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos Financieros<\/strong> y la <strong>Polic\u00eda Nacional<\/strong>. Las fiscales <strong>Lewina Tav\u00e1rez Gil<\/strong> y <strong>Margaret Cabrera Morillo<\/strong> lideraron los <strong>cuatro allanamientos<\/strong> que llevaron a las detenciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prisi\u00f3n preventiva bajo an\u00e1lisis<\/strong> El Ministerio P\u00fablico solicit\u00f3 <strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong> para los acusados, argumentando que es crucial para <strong>evitar la obstrucci\u00f3n de la justicia<\/strong> y garantizar su comparecencia. La jueza <strong>F\u00e1tima Veloz Su\u00e1rez<\/strong> aplaz\u00f3 la audiencia para el <strong>7 de septiembre<\/strong>, permitiendo a las defensas preparar sus argumentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cargos y consecuencias legales<\/strong> Los detenidos enfrentan acusaciones por <strong>fraude electr\u00f3nico, lavado de activos y delitos inform\u00e1ticos<\/strong>, seg\u00fan los <strong>art\u00edculos 265 y 266 del C\u00f3digo Penal<\/strong>, la <strong>Ley 53-07<\/strong> y la <strong>Ley 155-17<\/strong>.
