Estos recursos, que est\u00e1n en las cuentas de las <strong>Administradoras de Fondos de Pensiones (AFP)<\/strong>, pueden ser recuperados por los beneficiarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Asesor\u00edas masivas para facilitar el proceso<\/strong> El director de la DIDA, <strong>El\u00edas B\u00e1ez<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que en solo <strong>una semana<\/strong>, la instituci\u00f3n brind\u00f3 <strong>23,015 asesor\u00edas<\/strong> a familiares y usuarios, superando la demanda habitual. La DIDA ofrece apoyo a trav\u00e9s de <strong>oficinas presenciales, servicio telef\u00f3nico 24 horas y canales digitales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un problema de gran escala<\/strong> La <strong>Superintendencia de Pensiones<\/strong> registra <strong>m\u00e1s de 117,000 cuentas<\/strong> de afiliados fallecidos con un total de <strong>RD$8,000 millones<\/strong> en las AFP. La DIDA ya ha identificado <strong>RD$100 millones<\/strong> para los familiares, incluyendo la <strong>rentabilidad anual<\/strong> generada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consultas m\u00e1s frecuentes<\/strong> El <strong>80% de las consultas<\/strong> est\u00e1n relacionadas con <strong>seguros de pensi\u00f3n y beneficios por sobrevivencia<\/strong>, destacando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>4,163 consultas<\/strong> sobre los aportes acumulados del afiliado fallecido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2,606 asesor\u00edas<\/strong> para identificar la AFP y los requisitos para la devoluci\u00f3n de aportes (la mitad de los consultantes tiene <strong>m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>871 solicitudes<\/strong> sobre el proceso para acceder a la pensi\u00f3n de sobrevivencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasos para reclamar tus fondos<\/strong> La DIDA insta a los familiares de afiliados fallecidos (entre <strong>2003 y 2025<\/strong>) a verificar si tienen fondos acumulados y a contactar a la instituci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tel\u00e9fono:<\/strong> 809-472-1900 (24 horas).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chat en l\u00ednea:<\/strong> <a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.dida.gob.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.dida.gob.do<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Correos:<\/strong> <a class=\"\" href=\"mailto:info@dida.gob.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">info@dida.gob.do<\/a> \/ <a class=\"\" href=\"mailto:ssl@dida.gob.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ssl@dida.gob.do<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Atenci\u00f3n presencial:<\/strong> 16 oficinas nacionales y 6 puntos GOB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Documentos necesarios<\/strong> Para reclamar los fondos, es importante tener:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acta de defunci\u00f3n del afiliado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identificaci\u00f3n de los beneficiarios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificados de afiliaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compromiso continuo<\/strong> La DIDA seguir\u00e1 realizando <strong>operativos informativos<\/strong> y asesor\u00edas para garantizar que los fondos sean recuperados y que los beneficiarios reciban lo que les corresponde.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No dejes que tus fondos se queden sin reclamar La Direcci\u00f3n General de Informaci\u00f3n y Defensa de los Afiliados a la Seguridad Social (DIDA) ha identificado m\u00e1s de RD$100 millones en fondos pertenecientes a 10,853 familiares de afiliados fallecidos.
