Esta propuesta, presentada por <strong>Rebecca M\u00e1rquez<\/strong>, directora de la <strong>Oficina de Asuntos Antinarc\u00f3ticos y Aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley (INL)<\/strong> de la Embajada de EE.UU., refleja el <strong>reconocimiento<\/strong> a los <strong>esfuerzos dominicanos<\/strong> en la lucha contra el <strong>narcotr\u00e1fico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udde3\ufe0f Declaraciones de Rebecca M\u00e1rquez<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1rquez explic\u00f3, durante su participaci\u00f3n en <strong>\u00abLa Semanal con la Prensa\u00bb<\/strong>, que esta propuesta se debe al <strong>compromiso<\/strong> de Rep\u00fablica Dominicana con la <strong>ONUDD<\/strong> y sus <strong>pr\u00e1cticas efectivas<\/strong> en el <strong>control de drogas<\/strong>. <em>\u00abEl Gobierno de los Estados Unidos propone que Rep\u00fablica Dominicana presente un candidato para el puesto de director ejecutivo de la ONUDD, debido a su s\u00f3lido historial en la lucha antidroga\u00bb<\/em>, declar\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcca Avances en la lucha antidroga<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Abinader destac\u00f3 los <strong>resultados obtenidos<\/strong> en la lucha contra el <strong>narcotr\u00e1fico<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>182,815 detenciones<\/strong> entre <strong>2021 y 2025<\/strong> por <strong>tr\u00e1fico, microtr\u00e1fico y lavado de activos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>226,046 kg de drogas decomisadas<\/strong>, incluyendo:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>158,672.94 kg<\/strong> en <strong>territorio nacional<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>67,373.79 kg<\/strong> en el <strong>extranjero<\/strong>, gracias a <strong>operaciones de inteligencia conjunta<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e1s de US$13 millones y RD$188 millones<\/strong> en <strong>dinero incautado<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcbc Importancia de la designaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta solicitud de <strong>EE.UU.<\/strong> <strong>refuerza la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional<\/strong> y <strong>reconoce los avances<\/strong> de Rep\u00fablica Dominicana en la lucha contra el <strong>narcotr\u00e1fico<\/strong>.
