Pero detr\u00e1s de este logro hay una figura clave: F\u00e9lix S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, su entrenador y mentor, quien no solo lo ha guiado t\u00e9cnicamente, sino que tambi\u00e9n ha sido un pilar emocional<\/strong> en su carrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Influencia de un Campe\u00f3n Ol\u00edmpico<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e1nchez, doble campe\u00f3n ol\u00edmpico en 400 metros vallas<\/strong> (Atenas 2004 y Londres 2012), ha sido fundamental en la recuperaci\u00f3n y consolidaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de Ogando como atleta de \u00e9lite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abHe aprendido much\u00edsimo de \u00e9l. No solo es mi entrenador, es como un padre<\/strong> para m\u00ed. Su experiencia como campe\u00f3n ol\u00edmpico me ha ayudado a entender lo que se necesita para estar en la cima\u00bb<\/em>, confes\u00f3 Ogando, quien destac\u00f3 que S\u00e1nchez le ha ense\u00f1ado tanto en lo t\u00e9cnico como en lo mental<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De los 400 Metros a los 200: La Especializaci\u00f3n que Dio Resultados<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Ogando compiti\u00f3 en Tokio 2025<\/strong> tanto en 200 metros<\/strong> (donde lleg\u00f3 a la final) como en 400 metros<\/strong> (donde fue eliminado en la primera ronda). Sin embargo, su verdadera especialidad<\/strong> son los 200 metros<\/strong>, una distancia en la que ha logrado tres finales mundiales consecutivas<\/strong> (Eugene 2022, Budapest 2023 y Tokio 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abLos 200 metros son mi prueba. Me siento m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, m\u00e1s seguro. En los 400, aunque lo intento, no es lo mismo\u00bb<\/em>, admiti\u00f3 Ogando, quien reconoce que su enfoque en los 200 metros<\/strong> ha sido clave para su \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Recuerdo Ol\u00edmpico de Tokio 2021<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Ogando tiene un v\u00ednculo especial<\/strong> con el Estadio Ol\u00edmpico de Tokio<\/strong>, donde en 2021<\/strong> gan\u00f3 la medalla de plata<\/strong> con el equipo dominicano de relevos 4×400 metros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abTengo buenos recuerdos de este lugar. Ganar una medalla ol\u00edmpica aqu\u00ed fue incre\u00edble. Volver y estar entre los mejores del mundo en los 200 metros me hace muy feliz\u00bb<\/em>, declar\u00f3 el atleta, quien ve este estadio como un lugar de triunfos y superaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Futuro: Los \u00c1ngeles 2028 en la Mira<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Con 28 a\u00f1os<\/strong> y en su mejor momento, Ogando ya piensa en los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de Los \u00c1ngeles 2028<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abQuiero seguir mejorando, seguir compitiendo al m\u00e1s alto nivel. Mi pr\u00f3xima meta es Los \u00c1ngeles 2028\u00bb<\/em>, afirm\u00f3 con determinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un Modelo de Perseverancia para las Nuevas Generaciones<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Ogando se ha convertido en un ejemplo de perseverancia<\/strong> para los j\u00f3venes atletas dominicanos. Su historia demuestra que, con dedicaci\u00f3n, un buen entrenador y mentalidad ganadora<\/strong>, es posible competir al m\u00e1s alto nivel<\/strong> durante a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
